Utah Roofing Experts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a roofing contractor located at 3300 N Triumph Blvd, Suite 200, Lehi, UT 84043. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (utahroofing.com), by phone, and while providing roofing services; how we use it; and the choices you have.

- Contact information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and property address — for example, when you submit our “Get a Free Estimate” form, call us, or email us.
- Project information: details about your roof and the services you request, inspection notes and photos, estimate and job records, and any insurance-claim information you choose to share with us.
- Communications: records of our calls, emails, and text messages with you.
- Basic website data: like most websites, ours collects standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools to keep the site working and to improve it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your estimate request and provide roofing services.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments, and to keep you updated on your project and any related insurance claim.
- To send text messages as described in the SMS / Text Messaging Program section below.
- To send marketing communications (such as seasonal discounts and special offers) only where you have given us your separate consent — for example, by checking the optional marketing checkbox shown with our website form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- To keep business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our legal rights.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We share personal information only:
- with service providers who work on our behalf (such as website hosting, scheduling and customer-management software, our phone and text messaging platform, and payment processing), who may use it only to provide those services to us;

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number to Utah Roofing Experts (for example, through our “Get a Free Estimate” form), you consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS) from us regarding your estimate, appointment scheduling, service updates, and requests for feedback on completed work. Marketing and promotional text messages are sent only with your separate, optional consent as described below. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Marketing and promotional text messages are sent only to customers who have checked the separate, optional marketing-consent checkbox shown with our website form. That checkbox is never pre-checked, and checking it is never required to receive an estimate or any of our services. If you opt out by replying STOP and later reply START (or UNSTOP), you will be resubscribed only to the messages you previously agreed to receive. 5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to maintain business records (for example, consent, warranty, insurance, tax, and legal records), after which we delete or anonymize it.

- Text messages: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.
- Marketing: contact us at any time to stop receiving marketing communications.
- Access, correction, deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.
7. Children
Our services and website are intended for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
